A joyful year

今日好好玩

I attended the graduation congregation this afternoon.
Not very exciting, but very enjoyable and memorable, because it is not easy to have the classmates gather together like today.
We spent most of the time to take photo and it is really fun to see the classmates and their families in CityU.
me........as usually, try to have fun with everyone I know, so..........I am very tired now.

「 反 思 」 是 什 麼 ？ 就 是 發 生 了 意 見 ， 在 上 司 與 同 事 間 產 生 了 問 題 ， 先 內 省 一 下 ， 反 問 自 己 ， 有 沒 有 什 麼 不 完 善 的 地 方 。
「 佈 陣 」 是 什 麼 ？ 就 是 反 思 完 畢 ， 初 步 斷 定 問 題 所 在 ， 就 要 擬 定 一 些 對 口 的 人 ， 或 是 補 救 的 辦 法 ， 有 步 驟 地 按 計 劃 推 行 。
第 三 步 「 出 擊 」 ， 也 應 該 求 諸 明 快 ， 要 求 自 己 可 以 在 三 分 鐘 內 清 楚 表 達 要 傳 遞 的 訊 息 ， 避 免 婆 婆 媽 媽 ， 迂 迴 曲 折 地 令 別 人 掌 握 不 了 問 題 中 心 。

Soft skills

I attended a 2-day workshop in CityU last weekend. It is about leadership.

The students in university are very lucky. Many soft skills are introduced during their university life. I do value these skills, and I must admit that those skills can benefit the students in their career and in their future. Most importantly, it can increase the students's competitive power after they have graduated.

My plan

Well, I am studying MBA now. How is my 2008 plan going?

Going back to China is a good choice.
But, would it be too late?

Java program debugging

I haven't touched Java program since my undergraduate. I do it again today.

It takes me around 3 hours to pick up the syntax, runtime setting and debugging.

3 hours to finish it, not bad. Acceptable service level.

about study

I don't know if I like to study.

I only know that I love to learn new things and obtain knowledge in my life. Not only studying can archive it, learning can be taken place at anytime and anywhere. Every second is a good chance to learn, e.g. When talking and chatting with people, reading newspaper and magazine.

Let's enjoy the learning process!

Busy week

Busy busy, conference call at late evening. I left office at 11pm ar.

I haven't gone to work out for 10 days lar.

MBA orientation day

Today is the orientation day, and the event is hosted in Golden Coast hotel.

Good, I think I will still enjoy the study. Many different kinds of people, and also many MAISM classmates, I like it, because they are all doing very well.

In the team building activity, I can feel that I can be a good leader, but not good management. Well, this is what I have learned in IBM in these 4 year and I know that the skill can help me alot.... lifetime!

One day a donkey fell into a well. When the owner discovered what happened, he frantically searched for ways to rescue the animal with no success. Regretfully, the owner decided that since the donkey was growing old, he should give up the idea of rescuing the animal and simply fill in the well. Hopefully, the donkey's demise would be quick and painless.

The farmer then called his neighbors to help with the task, and soon several men began shoveling dirt into the well.

When the donkey realized what was happening, he brayed and struggled...but finally the noise stopped.

After a few sad moments, the farmer looked into the well and there stood the donkey. Alive and progressing to the top, the donkey had found that by
shaking off the dirt instead of allowing it to bury him, he could keep stepping on top of the earth as its level rose. Then, he could easily step out of the well - and trot off happily.

As you may have noticed, life often attempts to cover us over with dirt and clutter. The trick is to shake it off and do something to take the next

busy??

My little sister asked me if I was busy. Well, I don' t really feel that.. but after I think of the time I arrive home every night. I realize I am busy.

I spend less time online to chat with friends and family.
I spend almost 99% of time working in the office.. don't count the time to drink water or go to restroom.

My dear sister, I am busy. I got sick last Wednesday, and took rest for the whole day. I will be fine and busy.

Am I lucky?

People think I am a lucky gal NOW. Well, I personally disagree it. If you know me well, you know I am not a lucky gal.
But I always have a hope. The hope that make me think tomorrow is always better, this thought motivates me.
I also believe in myself and I know my capability. I always know what I can do and what I can't do. So, if you think I am lucky, you just don't know how hard I worked to make the one I am today.

very tired

I am very tired.

I can't open my eyes because I really worked hard in the whole week. No drink, no restroom for the whole afternoon just for draft a checklist to prepare for a new procedure.

My god. Reports, procedures, checklists, documentation.............I have never done so much paper work in the last 4 years....................this is really why i am paid

Ohoh, I finally remove the curtain and put it in the washing machine lar.

So many dust on it, the dust is so dark! Can you imagine how serious the air pollution is? It is because the window is facing to the road which has lots of vehicles passing every day and night.
