I don't want to play the game anymore.
I give up to fight for my work. I know some people are helping me but sometimes I think my work issue is less important than the business issue. Personally thinking, if the department is still operating, it is fine. (in fact, this theory should not be correct, I am just finding an excuse to give up)
Some people think that it should be enough to do just enough at work. (but the reality is.. people twist the idea and do sth stupid that prevent the work to be done in an easy way). But the result is not enough, they just 'finish' the tasks and then 'close file'. By the way, I am not talking about perfection, I am talking about work efficiency!
Why can't people work smart? Why people like to spend hours to brainstorm what they don't know at work? Why can't people just let the SME / the specialist to do the work? Right people for the right task. That is a very simple idea.
If I cannot change the people (I am only a small potato) and I cannot change myself to accept to work in a stupid way, I better change the working environment.
