I am a skilled technical person and experienced Project Manager in IT service management.
I was told that they recognized me as "BA" - a Business Analyst, no wonder they objected the technical solutions proposed by "ME".
I am totally lost. I also feel very "disappointed" on their misunderstanding even after I have been working here for nearly 2 years.

OMG! First of all, was there any disconnect related to your job title? If you have been doing lots of non-biz-analyst work, why no one talk abt it? And your job title?

It seems that they do not have any business sense, it is hardly to deal with them
I could be a VERY capable person at work.
and...
Even though I good at translating functional or business requirement in technical requirement, it does not mean that I am a "BA"!
