Hot Stretch

專為瑜伽初學者而設的 Hot Stretch,糅合高溫瑜伽和 Pilates 兩種運動特色於一身,可同時達至放鬆肌肉及矯正身型作用,對改善寒背、高低膊及肌肉酸痛等問題都有一定幫助。Hot Stretch 以伸展及擴胸動作為主,速度比高溫瑜伽緩慢簡單,停頓時間較長,約 2-3 分鐘,其中包括肩膊、背、胸、腰部等針對性伸展動作,進行時室內溫度會調高至 35oC - 37oC,除可加速身體排汗,促進血液運行外,高溫亦有助繃緊的肌肉變得柔軟,做起動作時柔韌度亦得以提高,減低受傷機會。


I have tried a free session in MYOGA. I did not sweat too much but the high temperate did help me to stretch because I have not done any exercise for ages..... ;-)


I will try to pick up my training plan again in June.

Go gal! Stay healthy! What is "high temperature Yoga"? Is it like "sauna + yoga"?

sort of. The room temperature is a bit high so that the body can be activated quickly. The metabolism will increase, and the muscle will be softer or easier to stretch.
