I have slowed down the work pace this week. My boss is extremely busy to prepare the business trip next week. I am so free.
By the way, I really think that I need some progress this year. However, I have foreseen that I will encounter tons of obstacles/resistants. I aim to make the work done and I want to be safe in the office. I don't want any tricky, holes digging games.

Why don't try to search for a new job?
well, my boss is a very good manager... at least from my point of view.
Just try to help him (at least I will try 6 months) in this department before making any further decision.
In addition, I get paid and part of my duty is to accept (tolerate) this situation.
may be things are getting 'expedited' due to the upcoming CNY? hanging there ... i haven't got my year 2006 review yet...
