I can't understand why they cannot go to find out the answer then put their view on it. The behaviour is like, they don't know the answer then they think that is bad or useless. I cannot accept this kind of attitude.
Moreover, please do not be so "大驚小怪". Something has been existing in the world for ages, the fact is that only you do not know it because you do not try to know it. Now, you sound like you find a new "continent" in the ocean.
Please make some changes. Learn the things around you. Don't be surprised by something you have not tried to learn or know, but this is not something new.
